One Legged Pheasant Brewery

The One-Legged Pheasant is a taproom on South Main Street in Aberdeen offering hand-crafted brews. Ryan Clay became the owner in May 2026. The tap list leans toward specialty beers, from sours and meads to porters and stouts, and also includes familiar domestic options for less adventurous drinkers. Weekly events include Taco Tuesdays, with street tacos made with Dulce’s Hispanic Market, and a Thursday board game night. The taproom is kid-friendly and dog-friendly, offering games for every age and a TV room where children can pick the shows. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Groups can host birthdays, reunions and other parties at no charge, and a tap table is available to rent. The Pheasant shares news through Instagram and a mailing list.
