Firehouse Brewing Co

Firehouse Brewing Co. is a brewpub in downtown Rapid City that calls itself South Dakota’s first brewpub and the state’s oldest brewery. It has made craft beer for more than three decades, and its building is a Rapid City landmark with more than 100 years of history. The brewery offers a wide selection of beers, all made on site. Guests can order a core beer or sample a flight from the rotating house lineup. The restaurant serves classic American dishes and barbecue smoked in house, with full lunch, dinner and kids’ menus, and it positions itself as a family-friendly place to eat downtown. Firehouse beer is also sold beyond the brewpub, and a beer locator on its website shows where to find it. The company has a rewards program, sells merchandise and wine through an online shop and hosts events.
