Jefferson Beer Supply

Jefferson Beer Supply is a craft brewery, taproom and restaurant in Jefferson, about 15 minutes north of Sioux City. Nicki Werner, the CEO and director of brewing, leads both the company’s vision and the brewhouse and focuses on improving quality and consistency in every batch. Owner Anthony Roark runs operations and design and handles whatever needs fixing. The taproom has 20 rotating taps that pour craft beer along with hard cider, sparkling mead and wine. Non-alcoholic choices include craft sodas, non-alcoholic craft beer, mocktails and kombucha. Inside the taproom, a kitchen called The Wurst Place serves sausages, giant pretzels and other food. Jefferson Beer Supply hosts events, managed by a dedicated events coordinator, and sells merchandise through an online shop.
